Statuses move only by the process in RFC-0008 §4 — Draft → Last Call → Accepted → Final. Nothing here jumps a stage for the sake of looking finished.

Stable wire format

The default for creation and opening today. Published test vectors kept green in CI forever — a vector that stops passing is a release blocker, not a flaky test (RFC-0009 §3, R4).

Draft — multi-beacon, encrypted metadata

Creatable behind explicit opt-in until its RFC is Accepted. Adds anyOf/allOf composition across multiple randomness beacons, so no single network is load-bearing (RFC-0005 §5).

Open review window on all 10 documents, opened 2026-07-20, closing 2026-08-10. Every comment gets a logged disposition — accepted, rejected with reason, or deferred (RFC-0008 §4).

Decentralized delivery of disclosure events

Early concept — how a capsule's "it's time" signal reaches its recipient without depending on one email service or company. Not yet drafted publicly, no promised date.
